I'm Julie Will, and I've been helping buyers and sellers across the Charlotte metro and the SC side of the border for 12 years. My clients tend to fall into a few categories: people ready to move up into a home that actually fits where they are in life, relocators who need someone who knows the real difference between Indian Land, Fort Mill, and Waxhaw, and first-time buyers who want a guide, not just a transaction.

My approach is straightforward: everything centers around you, your unique needs, and your goals. Real estate transactions have a lot of moving parts, and taking as much stress off your plate as possible is always a priority.
